Center for Collaborative Planning

Center for Collaborative Planning (CCP), Public Health Institute has more than 12 years of experience providing training, technical assistance, facilitation and coaching in community building, asset-based community development and grassroots leadership development throughout California. Our mission is to promote health and social justice by building the capacity of individuals, organizations and institutions in communities to identify, voice and act collectively on shared interests and concerns.

As part of the REACH Technical Assistance Team, we are available to coalitions to assist you with your coalition building activities. Some of the specific areas of TA include, but are not limited to:
