Rancho Cordova Youth Advisory Council to Rally at the Capitol

Students from the Folsom-Cordova Unified School District will speak against proposed school budget cuts at the State Capitol, and donate their allowances and savings to Jack O'Connell, the California State Superintendent of Public Instruction. Students from other schools are invited to join the rally.
